Graitness, developed by MaddBurt Innovations LLC, values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Graitness app and website.

• Email Address: Collected through Google or Apple Sign-In, or secure passwordless email-link sign-in, to authenticate your account.
• User ID: Generated by the app to track your Goals, Reflections, and other app data.
• Goals and other App Data: Information about your goals and progress stored in our database.
• Session Tokens: Used temporarily in memory while you are logged in.
• Device Information: May be automatically collected for crash reporting and app performance.

To authenticate your account and provide personalized Goal tracking. To store and sync your Goals and other app data online and/or across devices. To improve the app and fix bugs using anonymized analytics.

We retain your account information, including email and user ID, for as long as your account exists. Session tokens are stored only in memory temporarily while you are logged in and are discarded after logout or expiration.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited information may be shared with service providers (e.g., Firebase) to provide app functionality, crash reporting, or analytics.

You have the right to delete your Graitness account and associated data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our servers and secure storage of account data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our website uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HeyCatch to understand visits and interactions, including clicks on our app-download links. HeyCatch receives page, referrer, campaign, and technical browser information with anonymous browser and session identifiers. Browser storage may be used to maintain those identifiers.

We do not send app account details, email addresses, Goals, Reflections, or Check-ins to HeyCatch from this website. Captured page text is masked, and HeyCatch respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in website URLs or campaign links.
