To delete your Graitness account and all associated data, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Log in to the account you want to delete in the Graitness app. This ensures the request is made by the owner of the account.
2. Open the Feedback section in the app.
3. Select Feature Request from the category dropdown.
4. In the Message box, type: DELETE ACCOUNT.
5. Submit the feedback. This will send your deletion request securely and automatically associate it with your account.

Once your request is received, your account and all associated data (Goals, Reflections, Check-ins, etc.) will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
